Depression and anxiety are no joke. But one comedian used her creativity to help increase people's understanding and empathy for those who suffer from it. Some people ... mistakenly ... think that they can "buy" happiness by getting more money. As you'll see in this article, it's not true. Quite the opposite actually. If you want to change the way you feel to a more positive mood, you might try just smiling. Smiling actually changes your brain. Just the physical act of smiling releases powerful endorphins into your brain.  Endorphins are the chemicals in the brain that make you feel good.
